Top Garden Area
Strip back sprayed off grass areas, then strip off any topsoil and stock pile.
Level up lower lawn area and then grade subsoil from lawn up to top to desired new
levels.
Install herringbone drainage system into potential soakaway/French drain.
New paved terrace and path to be excavated and backfill with 100mm of compacted
type 1.
Level back over with topsoil, prepare then reseed.

Bottom steps up to terrace
Remove existing decking and dispose off site.
Take out dry stone wall and replace with concrete block wall faced with stone to
match garden walls.
Take out existing sleeper risers.
Re-build steps with stone risers, all steps and paths to terrace and including terrace
laid with Indian limestone slabs.
New path along front of wall to old decking area, with timber edging and Cotswold
gravel.

Lawn area to top level

Lower house level
Take up existing slabs, if sub base is not substantial replace with 100mm compacted
type 1.
Re-lay area with Indian sandstone with 150mm drainage band along the wall, filled
with chippings.
Remove copings off retaining walls and reduce by one coarse and lay cock and hen toppers.
Takedown existing timber pergola and replace with new green oak pergola to match
style of house.
Clear front area of all unwanted shrubs and plants.
Scrap off topsoil and stock pile, grade area to new level.
Fit new timber edging for path and lay with Cotswold chippings.
Spread topsoil, prepare and reseed new lawn area.
Lift existing slabs and relay with Indian sandstone.
